I am not receiving notifications to the threads I have subscribed to on the mobile app and because of this the threads are not been updated in the notifications section. This has only started recently and was working fine last week. The desktop version is fine. I have tried to change settings in both the app and desktop version but to no avail. Iv even deleted the app and reinstalled. Can anyone help please? I am on lockdown and am getting withdrawal symptoms from not having my daily dose of GJ

Sorry for going on about this but I have tried many settings changes but nothing works. Now my notification settings on the app are all set to disabled and are locked in that I can’t change them. Do you think there might be an issue from the app itself that the creators will fix in due course? As I said in a previous post this problem just started by itself.

No I just tick at the top of the thread and it automatically sends me the notifications. I feel it may be a problem with the app itself because the problem just started on March 25th and the desktop version works fine but I rather use the app because it’s far more user friendly

I have downloaded the app to another device and the same problem occurs there. This is what is on my settings now, everything is disabled and it won’t let me change it

The mobile app is supported by Tapatalk and I think they are about to go under... They aren't responding to any tech issues... and I've been bugging them about this one forever.
