I wouldn't use this heater for these reasons. Only 41,000 btu, not enough for your space. It will be a down draft flowing heater, so I'm not sure you can mount it sideways. This means it will take up more space. I'm not a fan of electric heat as it is usually cost prohibitive if you can use natural gas or LP.

Give us some info such as building type, insulation, wall height, and what is your plan of use for the garage. With this we can help you find something that will work for you. I would use a horizontal mounted furnace or air handler with around 60-75,000 btu. I would use duct to spread the heat out and try to eliminate cold spots. If that is not in the budget then a wall hanging heater may be a better choice.
