Mobile Tool Boxes

I need to get a tool box with wheels that can hold 60-70lbs of tools (sockets, ratchets, screwdrivers, pry bars, wrenches, etc.) and will keep my tools in place while I'm wheeling the thing around.

I was looking for something like this.

Ive seen something almost exactly like that at Walmart that cost a lot less than that price.

Yeah, WM has a Stanley for $20 sorta like that. Made in US even!
