Not really a tool but still pretty cool. From what I found it's 1919-1928 ford model t. Kinda rough shape but decent enough to tell what it is.

I'm pretty sure it's a legit original. It was in a box of knick knacks my mom has had since the 50s from the farm she grew up on, which was part of the farm our family has owned since 1919! The number stamped on it is 54, which seems to be correct for the Era I'm thinking it's from! Really cool either way!
