Little back story.
My wife and I owned a house in town, but had been wanting to build a shop for a while. We bought the property next to our house with intentions of building a shop, but before we did that we received an offer from someone who was interested in purchasing our house from us. With this leaving us houseless we moved into our current house which was my wifes uncles parents before they passed. When we moved into the house it had been sitting empty for a few years and we had planned on finding or building an acreage, but decided that we liked the acreage that this house was on so we bought it from her uncle to keep it in the family.
I've always wanted to have a MCM house, but they are not very common in our rural area. When we decided to buy this house I told my wife that I wanted to remodel it to be a modern home. We started with the shop last fall.
The shop is 30'x36'x16'-10'. It has two 10'x10' doors with 10'x2' windows above them. Here are the progress photos from start to current.
This is where we left of this winter. I'll update with current pictures, but not much has happened as we started on the house changes.
