Without getting into the gory details...last Fall I took everything out of the garage for a clean-up..mopped the floor and all. I figured it would be a good idea to take some of the oil out of oil drain at the same time. In use...I put more pressure in than I needed...and well....more oil was evacuated than I was prepared for. It didn't spray like a hose...but it gently kept coming.
Now when I put the drain unit together, I put a quarter turn valve on the air inlet side in order to regulate the pressure.
Evacuating some oil a couple weeks ago, I had an idea to bleed the extra pressure off fast...and be better able to control the oil flow.
So, some 1/4" *******, a "T" and a quarter turn valve later...I think I've got it!
