I like the trays that most Snap-on sets come with, but a lot of them take up too much space. I modified my Torx tray so it still maintains the function and the sockets are easy to grab, but I trimmed off the unused areas and the slots I will never use.
This tray includes 3 slots I will never fill (I will eventually fill the T47), plus the left edge is wider than it needs to be.
I used expanding foam, the type for doors and windows which expands less and won't distort the tray.
trimmed flush
Done!
edit: I just noticed the Facom tray has been modified too, I did that one a few months back.
