Been running the heater for a month with no issues, recently it has a terrible vibration-drone noise. Sounds like a lose panel but everything checks out. I did figure out if you shut the thermostat off it immediately stops the noise. Also the noise isn't present at first start up, it takes 10 mins maybe to start. Any thoughts? Video attached but it's hard to capture the noise in a video. Thanks for any input

Can you post up a picture showing how it's mounted. I have an 80K Modine in my attached garage. It rattles the plates in the kitchen cabinets when it's running. Mine is mounted flush to the ceiling. I found out they do offer an isolator kit after I looked into reducing the noise. The problem with installing the isolator kit after is I need to rerun the intake flue, exhaust flue and gas line due to the height change. I had a 80K Reznor before the Modine, the Reznor made half the noise, did not vibrate the structure and heated the garage up twice as fast. My experience with Modine is they are a P.O.S.
