I found a good deal on a Modine PA75, only problem is it's natural gas and i have propane. Can it be converted to work with propane? I've searched but haven't come up with much info.

I know the Modine Hot Dawgs can be converted back and forth but not sure on that unit.

I'd find out for sure before I bought it, but I'd say there is a 99% chance it can be converted by changing or brazing and redirlling the burner orifice(s). Propane runs at a higher pressure and will therefore need smaller orifices to meter the correct about of fuel into the burner assembly.

Modines are good units, however they odd in that all the ones I have seen use 120v control voltage instead of 24v. Be careful of that.
