I'm getting old enough that I seek comfort, so I want a better heat system in my garage. It's only a single stall so I don't need a high output heater. I have a gas grill bottle and a dual heating inferred element, and although it heats up the garage well, it can give a real bad burn, it's always in the way, a little noisy and I'm just tired of it.

I looked at a few used one's on the internet that are near me for $100 and even a lightly used one on ebay, but you take a chance on having to replace parts etc. so I'll look for a good buy on new ones.

I think a 30,000 BTU unit would work well. I insulated my walls and ceiling very well and I have a nice insulated garage door. The garage never gets below 35° at a outdoor temp of below zero.

The Modine brand is popular at the big box stores, Amazon etc.... are their any others to check out ?
