You guys were right. Gas control valve was toast. I replaced it and added the correct pressure regulator. Tested it on the bench and it fired up as it should. Too easy. I turned it over and mounted it to the ceiling. Hooked up the gas and power and tried to start. The exhaust fan comes on as it should but the flame never lights. There are 2 lights on the circuit board - green labeled OK and orange labeled flame. When the unit is plugged in but the thermostat is off the green light is lit. When thermostat calls for heat, The vent fan starts and the light is solid green. After a few seconds when it should fire, nothing happens and the green light starts to blink. The orange light never comes on. The only difference between the bench test and after mounting is that the unit was flipped 180 degrees. Any theories would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
