Is the exhaust pipe to close to the sides of the roof? It is double wall but a couple of people brought it to my attention so I thought I'd ask here. If so, what can I do to correct the problem. If I try and widen the hole it may leak,I have it pretty well tared up. Thanks.

B-vent requires 1" clearance to combustibles.

Sounds like you just ran the pipe though a hole and tarred it, proper way is to use a flashing made for that pipe size.
