Modine vibration isolation kit question

I've read on the boards here that you can get the isolation brackets for dirt cheap from McMaster's instead of spending the $150 that Modine sells it for.

Question is, what do they look like? McMasters has a ton of stuff! I don't want to order the wrong thing.
