The Modis is very good IMO, has a few pros and cons. My snap on guy said the Modis would not be supported as far as software updates go in a while. Having said that he was trying to sell us a new scanner so I would check that info were I looking to buy one.
Anyways, I find the Modis to be very functional, but heres what I dont like:
Weighs alot
No touch screen
What I like:
Works
Troubleshooter is nice
Integrated scope/multimeter/gas analyser, though all require attachments
Cheap used
It all depends what you are using it for. I would be tempted to go with a vantage pro (scope) and a separate scan tool, but thats just personal preference.
