Mods/Admins are tool guys but cant fix this?

Any of you mods/owners able to figure out the below when clicking on the mark forums read link? I have emailed you guys without response.....

This will be fixed in about two weeks. We are just about to make a big hardware change to address the issue.

Do you think the change will help with the "logoff" issue too?
