Hi All, I'm pretty new to the forum and wanted to see if anyone has any ideas, plans, recommendations for a detached garage/storage building. I have a residence in New England and a 2 car attached garage where I do most of my work and park daily drivers. It is well equipped.
I have a mostly wooded lot with 1.75 acres and was thinking of building a garage out back. If you can imagine the house is on the front street side of lot and access around the house is available. I was thinking of building a garage over time and want to start with one or two bays, and add to when needed. I have 6 cars now, 2 are used/stored out of state and one is stored at a family member house 9 miles away. So, I was looking for ideas or plans that would work for this. I plan on acquiring more cars and need primarily for storage. Most of the work on them would be done in main garage, but I may want enough room to showcase and spend time in the proposed structures.
Ideas?
