Helping a friend with a new floor. Looks like the a/c coil unit/drain is leaking onto the floor and some of it needs to be replaced. Does this osb need to be replaced?

Floor feels solid, not sure under the unit. I was thinking of removing the unit, replacing that corner of osb. Looks like the osb goes under the wall so part of it I won't be able to remove.

I worked for an Ins. Co. inspecting manufactured homes for many years. The HVAC system is usually located in the hall near a bathroom. I would look closely for additional leakage from the plumbing system in the hall bathroom and washing machine plumbing. Crawl under the house and look at the bottom of the subfloor where the underbelly/insulation has probably fallen out due to the water damage. The bottom of the floor will usually give you a better idea of where the leak is and the condition of the subfloor.

Fix it yesterday if possible! It will ruin the floor soon. I repaired the floor in mine with new material. The flexible down tube was leaking and needed replaced.

This unit butts up to the washer stubs/drain line (first two pics)
