I found this on the FamilyHandyman website that BetterDays and Jay H posted.

It says the BOM is ~$300, including the built in accessories and overhead cabinets.

Before you build that, wait for this month's issue.

Much better bench, mobile table saw bench, mobile miter saw bench, how to make cabinets, etc.

I actually built my old workbench and home based on those plans . . What I did differently: I doubled up 2X4's for the legs, Used a 3/4" Finished Plywood that happened to be on sale that week for the top, and trimmed the rim of the whole bench with alluminum flashing. Other than that, i recessed the middle for my miter box, and made that swing out table for my portable table saw. This had to have been the most organized and efficient bench I have ever used. With it all "packed up" i still had room for my Dodge Ram 1500 in a 1 car garage!!! Only took me 2 days to build. . good fun!

In this month's edition, they built a workbench that used triangle shaped supports from 3/4" plywood instead of the standard 2X4 corners.

Basically, it was a 2X4 along the wall for support (along with the standard 2x4 top) and then the angle braces to assist in being able to sweep around the bench. I actually like it better, but wonder which would be stronger.

I like the miter saw on its own lowered part of the bench. I did a similar thing to my bench, but since I do more automotive work than woodworking I made mine removeable so I could put a solid piece of bench top in its place. That way I can have a miter saw in the middle with 6' of bench on either side or a 14' continuous bench top. And if I need to cut something too long for my bench, the saw is removeable so it can go to the jobsite with me if I need it to.
