Moisture coming up through the concrete!

Is there any way to stop moisture coming up throught he concrete? The slab was poured over a year ago and it seems to be bringing up water now, didn't do it last winter. There is no poly beneath the concrete. ANy way to stop it?

How is the grading around the building? If the slab is above grade, and there is good drainage away from the building, there should not be a moisture problem. If the ground is saturated and the slab is at or below grade you will have problems.

Help!!!

do a google search for Radon Seal...we use it when we finish basements
