Insulation and hvac works. Hard to give you suggestions to help your situation without providing any useful info.

When you say “moisture”, what exactly do you mean by that? Visible standing puddles on the floor? Seepage through concrete? Sweating concrete surfaces? Or just high humidity in general?

If it’s the latter, a dehumidifier works if it’s above 55 F / 12.8 C or so. That’s what I do, and it’s a good approach for most of the year.

Cheap dehumidifier is what I use when I don't have the furnace on in the shop. Seems to help quite a bit

Assuming you're talking about high outside and inside air humidity (vs. indoor pool and hot tub in the shop:))...

Good insulation alone helps tremendously. Addition of a defumidifier (or AC in hot and humid climates) will make the result much better. But having a dehumidifier without insulation will be a total waste of money.

I suggest to stay away from Big Box store cheap (not so cheap, really) dehumidifiers: they usually need a replacement every 2-3 years due to loss of refrigerant. Repair/recharging of the aluminum junk is impossible/impracticle.

I run a dehumidifier set to around 50% of RH in my WI shop 24/7 from spring to fall and store in my house in the winter (when temperatures drop below 55F-60F). I feel that not allowing them to freeze during storage extends their life a bit. But, anyway, cheap ones don't last long. I went through many of them until I got totally frustrated and invested in a more serious unit with copper tubing. I bought it online. Copper may, potentially, allow you to do some repair and recharge the system if refrigerant leaks.

How long do you have them for? How heavily are they used? What's your location?
Amazon reviews of these units don't instill much confidence.

Only had for a few months so far since the rain started.. So far so good but more trial run before I find a BIFL type unit.

Get a fan. Bigger the better. Put up a ceiling fan and let it run 24/7 and with a dehumidifier you should see a huge improvement.
