Moisture Question

Let me set the scene before I ask my question.

I have a 30'x50' metal shop (2- 10x10 overhead doors) with 2" closed cell insulation on walls and ceiling and epoxy flooring. I currently do not have electrical ran to it as I built the shop while my house is being built. I'm in Texas and it's super hot. Today, I went to do a few things and noticed that it was a little humid. I have some stall mats in a section for a future home gym and I needed to move them. When I did I noticed it was a little wet underneath.

Is moisture in the air getting caught between the floor and the mats?

How can I help this until I get full time power ran? I do have electrical hooked up in the shop with a 50amp transfer switch for the generator when I'm out there.

Thanks!IMG_7308.JPGIMG_7310.JPG

Heat rises, so an opening up high and an opening down low will create a draw of air into the low opening and out the high opening. Ideally screened and rain protected openings, this works good unattended. Also helps to keep the place a bit closer to outside temp rather than higher.
