hey all, new guy here...I in fact do get moisture(actually, water) that creeps into my garage on one side during heavy rain seasons(spring) here in okla. Was wondering what and where to buy a concrete sealer that I could apply as a preparation for putting in floor tile or an epoxy. Is there such a thing? I've seen some masonry sealers at lowes and the like that is a moisture barrier for basements and such....Would this be sufficient? Thank you so much in advance. My garage is my dream project for this year. Ive done a lot of research thus far and im so glad I stumbled upon this forum! Ive found a ton of useful info. and everyone seems cool! -andrew h-
