I'm planning to install an epoxy floor this spring and am wondering when is the best time (for the worst conditions) to do the moisture test.
I live just south of Denver and we still have some deep frost so I expect it would be a waste of time and effort to do it now. Do I wait for spring, or immediately after a rain?
The house is new, with no access to the bankrupt builder, so I have no idea what might be underneath the slab.
