I live and western PA and would like to know how to keep the moisture out of my garage so that I can work on a car body in plain steel without it rusting? Thanks

I would think the only way to control it would be with some sort of climate control such as heating.

You will have to de-humidify, a lot. Just the relative humidity in the air can cause unprotected steel to rust in short order. You would have to get it down so low that it would be very uncomfortable to work in and dangerous due to static discharge and stuff.

I would recommend getting the body in sealer, particularly if the body work will be taking a while.
