Mold on car paint IN garage

I have my Father's (not currently running) '34 Plymouth in my attached partially insulated two car garage (in central North Carolina) and the other day I noticed mold on the black paint. It looks like someone sprinkled it with fireplace ashes. I have new put a de-humidifier out there - I get about 1-1/2 gallons every 24 hours. Any ideas what to clean the outside paint of the car with since I can't move it out to wash it? How do I keep the mold from coming back?

ONR or optimum no rinse rinse less wash should do the trick.

Just wash it, the mold will come off.

As for preventing it from happening again, fix it and drive it more often....
