I posted this on another forum but thought I might get some more ideas here and maybe see other people's setups. I've got something in mind so I'll post pics when I get mine like I want it. My dad has the same box setup for a verus, I found the bracket to mount the screen but it says it's on backorder. I'm wanting it to mainly look up stuff on mitchell/prodemand and listen to music while I work... I've been researching the hp chromebox and that seems like the best option so far, some have said just velcro a tablet to the lid but I don't really want to go that route.

I like this idea. I have been sorting through ideas myself because our shop is cramped for extra space and I can't always work in the bays close to my boxes. I use a 5 drawer roll around with the everyday hand tools so I can roll them close to which ever bay I am in at the moment.

What I am working on is a small table that will mount to the side of my roll around and I can adjust to view while I work. I have a 10inch windows tablet that works great with prodemand(android didn't do so well) to mount to the table when needed. I think it will be especially nice with wiring diagrams.

Yea I've never had much luck with prodemand on android or iPhone... I've been meaning to try and talk to somebody at mitchell about a mobile app, it would be nice to be able to lookup labor rates, wiring diagrams, torque specs etc...

That's why I went with windows 8rt I love it!
Off the subject but another thing I use alot is Microsoft one note. I have it on my lap top, droid phone and windows tablet. When I have wave forms or any other information I may need at another time it is stored on the cloud and I can access it in a matter of seconds!

Here's some pics for those that have never seen the kind of setup I'm talking about...

And here's mine, it already has threaded holes for the mounting bracket.

Yeah that's like I'm talking about! That will be good. I have a similar box and I have a small wooden desk (church pulpit top) that I want to mount so it can be utilized only when I need it because I prefer to keep my laptop and tablet protected from accidents when not it use.

What about a mini tower and a small flat monitor? You could get a wireless handheld presentation mouse to move to different pages without having to move over to your box from where your working!
