Fixed Pictures - I think!

Here is the house, which is inspiration for the design of the shop:

The wood-look siding will most likely be TruCedar Metal Siding

I'm thinking about this rock at mendards:

1)32 ft wide with 20 ft lean-to Mono with Gray Metal (solid gray in pic)

2)32 ft wide with 20 ft lean-to Mono with Rock, but Wood between top of doors

3)32 ft wide with 20 ft lean-to Mono with Rock, but Wood over doors (on hinges so it could swing out of the way)

4)32 ft wide with 20 ft lean-to Mono with Rock - Rock between doors/Wood over lean-to

Any other ideas? I'd like the lean-to to be around 20' wide. If I run a line from the top of the doors to intersect with the slope of the truss(Which I think might look best), it makes the lean-to around 16 ft wide.

The lean-to (?) with the blue post looks impossible to build with wood, so very "sharp" and how to get the structure built up under there.

do you honestly want opinions?

Yes. Although changing the slope to 3.25:12 is 90% what I think I want to do.

For clarity, the blue line is a part of sketchup, not my building.

The truss will sit on the walls and then I assumed I'd span a birdmouthed Hem-Fir 2x10 from the top of the wall to a carrier attached to 6x6's 8' apart. Anyone see a problem with that?

Are you saying because of the design (the pointy corner), that the lumber wouldn't be out of sight? I agree, the carrier may be below the line of the front siding. Alternatively, I could move the post in another foot, which would give more headroom. I'm not sure how far the edge could cantilever over past the post, but since soffits are commonly 2', i'd say 2' would
be fine.

EDIT: After re-reading, it looks like you meant the point on the corner, which I'm ok with it being a flat corner like most soffits. The point was more of an oversight, which I corrected in the last drawing.
