I came across a guy who is liquidating his tool truck francise inventory. He has a bunch of Monster Mobile handtools that he is selling for pretty good prices. From my understanding this company ceased to exist due to some lawsuit brought about by Monster Energy drink? Their website is defunct now so just wanted to inquire on here if anyone knows how warranty will work for Monster tools? I reached out to the original seller but waiting to hear back on my inquiry. Just thought I ping the tool crowd on here if anyone has better knowledge about warranty. Thanks.

According to what I found the dealer would be your warranty point of service since he's getting out I would say you have none. Common sense: if you're worried about warranty don't buy tools from defunct tool companies.

I would contact K Tool International to see if they will honor the warranty. They have started selling the lights that were once sold under the Monster name.

I ended up contacting Integrated Supply Network, since they were the owners of the Monster brand, and they said they would not warranty anything. I'll try K Tool and see what they say but I'm thinking they won't warranty a defunct company's product. I may still buy a few of the Monster items I'm interested in and just have them as backups.
