Montgomery Ward 2 Speed Post Drill Question

First post on Garage Journal, I ran across an old Montgomery Ward drill press on craigslist nearby, and I was wondering if anyone has come across one of these, and what any of you think it may be worth. http://wausau.craigslist.org/tls/2534602581.html Also, did I get that right? Both the rotation of the bit as well as the vertical movement of the bit is controlled by a single hand crank?

I'm no post drill expert, but that seems to me to be about an average price for those, only that one may be in much better condition if the mechanics matches the paint.
