Anyone know the story on this and who made it. I have two of these that say mopar. Just curious if anyone has some info on them.20231205_162830.jpg

Unfortunately, I don't recognize any of the features (construction, shape, marking scheme on shank, etc), which are not distinctive enough to ID the OEM. I don't recognize the part number, either. That can often be used to ID an OEM for a wrench made third party for a retailer (e.g., Western Auto, etc). In this case, it might be particular to Chrysler Motor Parts Corporation.

What are the sizes on the other one you have? As you probably know, it's an ignition wrench in a configuration that was fairly standard by the 1940's, although I think your chromed wrench is probably 50's. The range was typically 15/64" to 1/2", but every opening was given both of the angles (15* x 60*), meaning, they came in pairs. Your 15/64" (60*) x 13/64" (15*) has a 15/64" (15*) x 13/64" (60*) brother. The other pairs in a typical set were 7/32" x 1/4", 9/32" x 5/16", 11/32" x 3/8", and a solo 7/16" (15*) x 1/2" (60*).

A 7" slip joint pliers of mine. Couldn't tell you where I got it.
I've always been curious about the maker. There is a small 5 forged into one of the handles. Maybe the handle's pattern will be a tell for those in the know.

I may be way off, but they appear to look a bit Diamond-ish.
Close but no cigar. Although the Diamond I'm comparing to is several decades older.
I may have solved the mystery; Rummaging around for others to compare I spot this 10" Klein looking very similar, including the placement of the forge code. See below, Mopar in the middle, Diamond on the right.
Does anyone know if Klein does/did private labeling?
