Great forum, glad I found it.
New member just starting to reclaim my garage after 12 years of living in this house.
Into doing maintenance and repairs on all of our 4 cars including customizing my Mazda MX-5 Miata.
The garage is functional but needs a lot of work to become a decent shop, I plan to start a project thread soon.

The current state of the garage .... 2 car attached about 24x24, screen porch off the back.
First step is to install attic stairs and plywood decking above to store most of the "junk" some family members cannot get rid of.
General plans include insulated walls and ceiling, heating, improved lighting, proper workbench, organized storage, and less "stuff" in the way.
