It's got a 3 phase motor so you would either need 3 phase supply in your house, a new motor, or a conversion gadget that costs as much as a new motor.

Proceed with caution. The ad speaks loud and clear if you read through the lines. I highly doubt you will be able to see it run, meaning condition of the pumps will be unknown. Unless you can get it cheap I'd pass. Those are small pumps and while that is a duplex setup, for the smaller home shop they aren't the best idea. Especially if you plan on really using them for heavy air demand situations. Realistically you are looking at ~15-16cfm @ 90psi, with both pumps running. Yes they will put out 10cfm each, but that is running all out, not a good idea for pump life.
