I have a 30x40 pole barn type shop with the double bubble insulation wraped on all walls and ceiling. I'm wanting to put up some OSB and peg board on the walls. Would it be cost effective to put some kind of other insulation on before the OSB?

I would, the price of energy is going to go up most likely, so the insulation will pay off in a reasonable time.

A well insulated building is more comfortable not having rapid temperature swings.

Yes, improve the insulation. I have a smaller pole garage that I'm insulating with Roxul mineral wool batts. More expensive than fiberglass but the mineral wool retains its insulation properties if it gets wet and it will not support critters living in it. It also has great acoustic isolation properties which will allow me to swear like a sailor in the garage without grossing out the neighbors.

If the original poster adds insulation to the inside of bubble/foil insulation, will there be a moisture problem? The bubble/foil insulation serves as a vapor barrier, right? If he adds insulation to the inside of a vapor barrier, will moisture tend to condense on the inner surface of the bubble/foil? Would he want to add a second vapor barrier on top of the new insulation?

Thats what I was thinking. I found some batting that is wraped in plastic at Lowes.
