I am planning a 32' X 32' shop. As I plan the layout for the heat loops I iontend to have 2 loops that go along the perimeter of the building since this is the main heat loss areas. I layed it out on graph paper to make the estimate of materials easier. How to you estimate how much material it will take for the loop as it curves on the 1' radius points. Can it be bent at 2 close 90 deg corners making a 180 deg turn within a 1' space??

The 1' turns, to get the tubing 1' apart, can be figured as 1/2 of a 12" circle. The circumference of a 12" circle is 12 x pi, so 12 x 3.14 = 37.69" for a full circle, or 18.845" of tubing for each turn.
As long as the tubing is relatively warm it can easily be bent in a 1' turn.
