That's odd. I wonder if it's a typo since the MG725 and MG325 are made in USA.

The guts are probably Taiwan and the body is probably USA. SO most likely didn't feel the need to invest in a 3/4 impact wrench required manufacturing machinery. This is probably what's going to happen from now on: all the hand tools in the US will stay there, as long as SO doesn't have to invest in much more equipment and/or personnel to make the tool.

Eric! How have you retained your capacity for surprise where Snap-on is concerned?! All Snap-on tools used to be USA-made, but you know as well as any those days are gone!

Yup.
Its only a matter of time till we have a "SNAP-ON PASS / FAIL" thread.:lol_hitti

At least they TELL you where it's made!!

That's more than what Matco does....

Don't get me wrong, (I own a F80....& Its by far the nicest ratchet I own). But how many threads are there... And how many emails did GJ members have to send to SO to verify COO of the unmarked F80s? Because now where on most of the ratchets is there a COO stamp?
Merk I do agree though, SO does disclose tons more info than Matco. I think all Companies should disclose COO on their sites.
