Morgan 100A Vice handle T

Howdy, this is my first post. I am cleaning up and rebuilding a Morgan 100A Vice. I have all the parts except for the handle assembly. What I ready need is the “T”. See pictures below. Does anybody have one they’d be willing to part with? Or has anyone made one and if so be willing to share how you did it? I’d greatly appreciate any help any one can give me.

Start with a pipe "T" and weld on a coupling to the 90* section, to extend as needed.

Call the factory and see if it is available as a spare part.
