Hello All,

I am new to this forum, I found it searching for info on a vise that was given to me. As you can see below it was in a barn and somewhat protected from the elements.

As you can see from the photos below, I am missing a few parts... The crucial one being the jaw from the dyamic side. I am having trouble finding replacements (ideally I would replace both sides). And the lock bolt and nut are not original, just a square nut and bolt. The collar set screw/pin is long gone but that should not be a big deal. Any ideas?

As far as restoration I am using the brass wire wheel and having some luck. Sand blasting is also in the cards if the wheel is not enough. Not sure I want to try electrolysis. I have not extracted the screws off of the jaw I do have yet...

I read that these are usually light blue- this one seems like it is a dark gray. Does that seem right?
