Morgan 140 vise

I have a morgan 140 bench vise that I'm looking for some parts for the swivel base lock. Thanks locking part on the underside and the locking swivel base handle. I'd like to locate these two items before starting the restoration of the vise. If anyone can direct me in the correct direction to locate these two items or tell me if any other brands might interchange would be great. Thanks
