We are in the process of building a morton building home...they use an Energy Performance Insulation package that is supposed to be top notch???? Our sheet rocker has brought our attention all the air coming in around the windows and outlets..and the windows are sweating...good quality Pella windows. The temperatures have neen very cold and the propane heat was just installed so it took a while to heat up and the floor is concrete...has anyone dealt with morton or this problem before.....there website boasts it to be the best there is....I think I've been dooped

Before jumped on the IntErwEbs, have you called your Morton rep?
They are famous for quality work and standing behind what they do.
Usually the window installer is responsible for shimming and insulating around windows.
How cold is it today? Where are you located? Sometimes what seems to be drafts coming in around windows is merely air circulating inside a room and bouncing off a window pane. I've seen this before with a FLIR infrared thermal imaging camera and proved it with a standard heat lamp.
Call your Morton rep.
Do you have a humidifier? I see moisture on windows in customers homes frequently it turns out to be a humidifier running overtime.

How old is the concrete?? It can take months for the moisture to stop coming out of a new slab.
Try this, cut a 2ft square of heavy plastic and tape it down to the conrete really well, duct tape all the way around. Leave it for a couple days and see how much moisture collects under the plastic.
Steel building siding is about as air tight as a screen door, pretty tough to seal up all those seams especially if they don't fit exactly right. What else is between the steel and your drywall?? Is there sheathing behind the steel?? Gotta assume there's a vapor barrier there somewhere??
Air around the outlet boxes?? Consider the fact that there's virtually nothing between the back of the outlet box and the building skin, what do you expect to stop the air flow??
