I bought this torque wrench about 10 years or so ago at the Charlotte Autofair flea market. For those of you not familiar, Charlotte Autofair is a HUGE Swap meet/flea market/Car show, etc held twice a year at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte NC.

It's marked "Apco Mossberg Co. Attleboro, Mass. USA"

I really like the design, alot more than typical bar type torque wrenches, and it doesn't have any moving parts to go out of adjustment like clicker type.

So, has anyone seen anything like this one before?

Thanks for the info MAD. I just emailed Apco/Mossberg the pics and asked them for any info they might have, I also found a record of the patent number on freepatentsonline.com- it shows the patent was issued in 1944.

So I am doing a HG on my 1994 Accord EX F22B1 beater and need to torque the Head bolts properly in order to avoid any headaches.

I bought this Apco Mossberg torque wrench(1/2"), have a look on the attached pictures and advise if you think it's any good?

I need to make sure that Torque wrench is good and accurate before I do the bolts.

Thanks for your help
