I have the Craftsman one and its junk. The drill bits are extremely soft metal and break and round off very easily. The Dewalt ones is better quality but it appears that only one of the cases have impact bits. I seen the Rigid ones at Home Depot for around five bucks on sale recently. They are pretty good for the money.

Wow, so cheap.

I spent $20 on the Milwaukee 35-pc. one and thought I got a decent deal.

Home Depot had several Milwaukee bit sets (standard and impact rated) on sale last night when I was there. IIRC all sub ~$20 and they had one or two in the 90-100 piece range
