First, thanks for all the help here. I lurk and read a good bit here, but even when I had questions, they were answered promptly and nicely (even if a newb question!)

Here is the finished gargage. I like to fish, so set it up as such with the peg board and the rod holders.

You can pretty much see the expansion I had onto my old imiation garage....it was 20x20 and you could not fit squat in there (much less my Ranger bassboat).

I made all the shelves, benchtops etc that you see in there with ideas from the board, again thanks. Any questions, let me know!

Carlos

John,
I added 10 feet to the front and 6 feet to the left side as looking from the street. Deep enough on the right side for my boat.

HA You mean my sidewalk to nowhere!!!! I had thought of putting a door there, but that would have been in the way of my fishing poles...so I am in the process of ripping up the old sidewalk now and redoing...that project really *****! I do not like to do concrete......

Thought I would update this thread after a few years of use.

So far only big exterior issue was on the house connection side near the gutters. Seems the sun combined with a bit of moisture caused the wood to rot.

Interior flooring issues with the rustolium installation are starting to show. The car and boat tires are pulling the epoxy up on the old slab. New pour seems ok. Also have some white chalkiness coming up in the old slab. Unsure what that is.

Had a couple of water leaks at connection to house on top. That's been fixed as a new roof has been installed.

Overall this has been a great upgrade and worth the money.
