Motion sensor for dusk to dawn light

Is there a plug in motion sensor out there that would convert dusk to dawn light to a motion sensor light?

I'm speaking in terms of this style of light

Will not work with a HID (Mercury Vapor, Metal Halide,High Pressure Sodium ) light source, they require a long starting time & take a while before they restrike after power is interrupted, a motion light w/ PAR halogen lamps is the best bet.

BTW, those "dusk to dawn" lights are only good for the scrap metal value in them, very inefficient ballasts are used, so the only advantage to them is long lamp life.
