I currently have path lighting above my entrance/exits as my attached garage does not have windows. They are currently on 3-way/4-way light switches. I don’t think I can just replace one of them with a motion sensor light switch as the garage is to big and to many obstructions for it to cover the entire garage. I am curious if there is some kind of ceiling mounted sensor that I could use but I still want to keep my current switch’s (or replacements) in their current locations. Or if someone knows of a way to replace the current switches with multiple motion sensor switches.

Probably any of the home automation solutions could work - I went down the Insteon / Smarthome path and that would do it. One or more Insteon motion sensors (battery operated, or I think can be usb powered) linked to Insteon switches replacing the switches you have already. Will work great but not cheap - switches are $30-50 (Smarthome periodically has good sales around holidays).

Lutron Maestro Wireless with PowRSavr ceiling sensors will do it easily.

edit: Wait. Are we inside or outside? "Path lighting", to me, means outside.
