The answer to that simplistic question follows in your signature line, it's all in your approach. It's still promoting and selling your product despite how you might want it to be viewed. Isn't there only one reason for including that info in your postings

Don't blame GarageGuy, he was born that way. There is one of these I-Know-Better-types on all handyman DIY type forums. And he really truly believes he is just being honest and helpful.
If I were newer to being on forums, I'd honestly be scared away from posting again and not to be conceited the knowledge and helpfulness I(Meaning everyone) provide would be lost and this community would suffer for it.

The floor itself is finished. I still have some drywall to finish on the lower foundation wall and the lower moldings to install. It will wait until a bit later this fall.
