Hi all, just getting ready to upgrade the garage floor, was going to do the epoxy, then found this site and now I'm leaning towards floor tiles. Did a search and haven't seen anything recent on the motofloor, is it a good floor or should I spend the extra money on the racedeck. Garage is about 400sq ft all cleaned out and ready to go. Thanks any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know of anyone who has used the Motofloor tiles. I think Costco sells them, but I am not sure of that. I do know Racedeck is pretty well known and if you want to go with this type of floor tile I don't think you can go wrong with Recedeck. Motofloor tiles may be OK, I don't know one way or the other, but many people from this forum have purchased Racedeck tiles and they really like them. As far as what the cost difference would be, I have no idea, you would need to call the Racedeck people and get a quote from them and compare the pricing with the Motofloor tile cost.

I just ordered motofloor tiles from Costco since im on a budget. And if your interested they are on sale right now for $99 of regular $139 for 48 tiles. Sale ends today I believe. Your also limited on colors. I ordered 7 boxes including 1 finishing kit. Packages arrived 5 days later. Don't have anything to compare to, but they look and feel alright for the one box I did open to look at.

As for comparing to racedeck price should be cheaper since I was quoted about $200 more for the basic 2 tone color scheme. Not sure if the RD quote included the finished edges. RD response was very quick so I can imagine their customer service being very good from what I've read.

I chose motofloor since I'm on a budget and because can't beat Costco's return policy if it doesn't work out.

Hope this help.

Got any pictures? How has it held up under your vehicles?

Garage is still in the beginning stages of remodeling. I just bought the flooring because they were on sale.

I can post pics once the garage is finished.

i've had motofloor in my garages for 7 years now and have been happy with it. no fhe with racedeck, which i believe is a related product. the cost differential between the two products may be reasonable with the garage journal discount, so don't immediately discount the racedeck.
