Motor pushed out door

Installed 2 Chamberlain belt drive with battery back up. Went 2 months and first door got pushed out thur opening beyond motor stop point. Company ordered new top panel and motor to fix problem. Before they could fix the other door it did the same thing to the adjacent door. Has anyone had this problem with this opener. Let me know as these openers are super quiet and seem to be OK until know.

Sounds like way to much downforce and not enough bracing on the door.

Doesn't the door have rail stops? If so, are they mounted right or are they slipping? And it sounds like the opener tension is not adjusted right. A door is supposed to reverse if it has so many pounds of resistence against it.
