Motor starter selection

Hello, can anyone recommend the size of magnetic starter I need for my Hobart buffer/polisher

repulsion induction motor
3 hp, single phase, 15 amps @ 220v/ 30 amps @110v
I'll be wiring it up for 220v

motor starters are sized by HP. Does that motor have built-in overload protection?

Size 1. For this application, a manual starter is a good choice assuming there is no built-in overload protection.
