MAKE OFFER!!!!

Build your dream chopper or start a business building chassis.

Chassis jigs of this quality sell upwards of $3000.00 from manufacturing companies.

Custom fabricated motorcycle chassis jig. Build custom motorcycle chassis with perfect repeatability. This jig will hold your chassis perfect during the fitting and welding process to allow the finest finished product. Professionally welded with precision cut pieces so everything will line up perfectly in both planes.

Chassis jig is six feet in length, has true/flat ways in which the head and axle fixtures adjust on. Set you steering head height and angle, set you crankshaft centerline and your rear axle centerline then bend and fit your downtubes and backbone and your chassis is almost done.

This jig also features a side storage tray to set parts/tools on during the chassis building process so they are in easy reach as well as having adjustable swivel casters so you can level the jig perfectly and then if you have to move it you can move it around the shop with the chassis still clamped in position.

P.M. me if interested and I can give you any further information. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and arrangment of shipping. It can be shipped much the same way as a motorcycle through a reputable shipping/trucking company. Thank you,Mike.

Sorry, I just saw this reply. No it is not still available. I sold it last summer.

Material wise a little over $300.00. Time wise approx. 20 hours.

The casters are leveling but I would put a level on the rails and level off of that. The casters themselves did not have bubbles on them.

Mike.
