Thanks

It's going to be a small motorcycle shop and metal fab shop with a bit of (hobby) forging happening in the backyard

my friends think a whorehouse will bring more money though...

I envy your space, very nice!!

What was this place before? School, Sanatorium for rich drunks?

Looks very elaborate and has the spoor of the Architect on it.

.

thank you.

it was a musical instruments shop (factory), as far as I know.

Now a small update.

Starting the epoxy floor saga !

First repair the badly damaged floor in the mc main room.

Started on the wrong foot as usual, rented a concrete grinder ... that didn't go so well, the holes were too deep and I was too enthusiastic.

A few hundred $ slap in the face and I realized I must man up and fix the floor , First google how to do this... found the materials, another few hundreds blown and floor looks much better (not done yet)

 this smily describes perfectly what concrete repair and finishing actually is.. kneel !!!!!

update, finished with the floor repair and egalisation .
Going to let it dry for a few days and grind it down again next week.

:shocking:

finally done with the floor

the grinding marks can be seen all over the floor, I don't mind it that much, most of it is smooth and looks decent, I will not have a dust problem and that's what matters in the end.

The paint was discounted , I used ~8 liters, cost was ~40 euros or something.

Concrete repair weber.rhinofloor 2x 20L buckets ~100E
Floor egalisation Weber 6x20L buckets ~300E
Primer 2L 20 euros?

Renting of concrete grinders ~250E

Some tools 150~

Dust mask filters ~50E

About one thou for ~40m2

Same motor really, why not just make a 103 or better yet a 113 or 116 out of yours.

96 to 103HO is not the same motor, plus at 91000 miles mine was a bit tired... If I start messing with big bore I needed my bottom end addressed and with everything else I wanted it was gonna be like $4000 so buying a motor off of a 2015 was good at $2000.
